Participants in our meat CSA (community supported agriculture) program will monthly shares of pasture raised meat from our farm. Each month’s share consists of approximately 10 pounds of meat, including 2-3 packages of sausage or ground meat, 2-3 packages of cuts, a roast, and a premium cut. To see what may be included in a share, or to indicate your preferences, see the form below.
Enrollment in our meat CSA program is rolling, as we have meat in stock year round. Shares are available the first week of each month. If you live in the Malone area or Saranac Lake areas, the most convenient way to receive your share is via our free local delivery, which takes place on Thursday afternoons (Malone) or Saturday mornings (Saranac Lake). Otherwise, shares can be picked up from the Saranac Lake Farmers’ Market between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Saturdays, or from our farm in Owls Head at any time, day or night.
