Mitten Mohair Ornament

Each of our ornaments starts with a goat: we raise Angora goats on our farm, shearing them each year in April and October. Once we’ve shorn the mohair off of the goat, we collect it, weigh it, wash it, dye it, card it, and finally, we needle felt it into a shape.

Ornaments are priced at one for $10.00, two for $18.00, or three for $24.00 (each additional ornament priced at $8.00). They weigh between a quarter and a half of an ounce.
